The free WiFi at this accommodation was a lifesaver during my stay. It was faster than Usain Bolt sprinting to the finish line, allowing me to effortlessly stream my favorite shows and stay connected with loved ones back home. Forget Netflix, I had "HideawayFlix" right at my fingertips!
Limited TV channels.

The Hideaway in Alston is the perfect little cottage for a relaxing getaway. It is centrally located, just a stone's throw away from pubs, restaurants, and shops. The cottage itself is charming and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. We were impressed with how well-equipped it was, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being a converted cellar, we didn't find the lack of windows to be an issue, and the limited TV channels didn't bother us because who needs TV on holiday anyway? our experience at The Hideaway was delightful, and we would definitely recommend it for a cozy and convenient stay in Alston.

Stayed at a place with a patio and fancy WiFi, ooh la la! Plus, they provided towels, what a luxury! And guess what? The nearest airport is a whopping 36 km away, just a stone's throw, really.
As delightful as it sounds, they didn't offer me a personal butler. Just tragic.
